Now a brand open to franchisee partners, The Baldy Handyman started as a sole trader operation by Leon Theofanous in 2017, following decades spent feeling stifled in the corporate world.
Excited by the lure of working flexibly and making decisions independently, Leon was determined from Day 1 to make the business a success. He was already proficient in general handyman and maintenance jobs so he knew he could do the work. He spent five years perfecting it as a viable and thriving business.
