This depends on the job. Clients have the option to pay hourly (starting @ $150+GST per hour which is reduced per hour thereafter + materials) or have a fixed quote. We will always suggest the most cost effective outcome for our client, but you can choose how to arrange payment.
Jobs that are quoted less than $500 can be fully paid once the job is completed. If the job is quoted over $500, then a 50% upfront deposit is required, with the balance paid once the job is completed.
Payment period terms will be shared with you upon receiving your quote.
We have many payment options available including cash and direct bank deposit, debit and credit cards, and Pay ID.
We look after all types of residential properties and corporate and commercial premises. From home-based odd jobs to body corporate work and shopping centre maintenance, no handyman job is too big or too small.
Yes, we are fully insured with Public Liability insurance. A Certificate of Currency is available upon request.
Generally, there is no warranty on our workmanship unless we have installed a product that carries its own warranty and is faulty. However, we pride ourselves on exceptional customer service, so if we have not carried out a job adequately for whatever reason, we will return at no extra cost to fix the job to your satisfaction.
Note: Any faulty product replaced under a warranty, will still incur a cost of labour.
Yes, we can email you a PDF version of a tax invoice which complies with the ATO requirements.
If your service is outdoors and the weather is unsuitable for working, it may delay your job. If this occurs we will let you know prior to the scheduled booking and reschedule for a another suitable day and time.
No, we will bring everything unless agreed otherwise.
Depending on the job(s), please ensure the following is clear:
- Driveway
- Hallways
- Side Access
- Under sinks (if replacing tapware / plumbing)
- Furniture to get into spaces where jobs need to be done
We love animals, but not all animals love people they don’t know. For the safety of your pets and our handymen, we prefer that you keep them separated while we’re onsite.
It depends on the job and what was agreed and discussed during the initial quoting consultation. Therefore, it is always best to be available to re-confirm the job(s) before starting. Once this is done, there is no need to be around.
Yes, we will give you an accurate time within a 1 hour window and will also notify you if we are running late or need to re-book.
Yes, you can cancel or reschedule a job. We require 48 hrs notice.
Absolutely, we pride ourselves on leaving your premise looking clean and tidy. We will place rubbish in your bins provided and can also quote for rubbish removal.
